I’ve written books including a collection of humorous essays, MUSINGS ON MINUTIAE (2010), and the nonfiction works of video games journalism, BRAVING BRITANNIA: TALES OF LIFE, LOVE, & ADVENTURE IN ULTIMA ONLINE (2018), and BRAVING BRITANNIA: TALES OF MELANCHOLY, MALICE, & PERIL IN ULTIMA ONLINE (2020) which have been featured by Wired, Gamasutra, VentureBeat, and the TED Talks podcast Far Flung. In 2021, I published the first two titles in my “tiny books” series: NETWORKING: WHAT IS IT, HOW DO YOU DO IT, AND WHY IS IT SO SCARY? and GAME WRITING: WHAT IT IS, WHAT IT ISN’T, AND HOW TO GET STARTED.
If you have a creative writing project that you’d like to bring to life, consider dropping a line. We can create something awesome together and then high five when it’s complete.
