Chambers Pin-up Series #6

It all ends tomorrow.

The final issue of my crime-fiction comic book CHAMBERS, with Kristian Rossi and Kefas Armando, will hit ComiXology and bring the 4-issue miniseries to a close.

To commemorate this landmark in my career, I’ve been releasing Chambers-themed pin-ups every few days to show you the characters through other artist’s eyes. Previously, I’ve shared the work of Jasen Rosselot, Shaun Ramkissoon and Kelly Williams and today I reveal great piece from Eduardo Jimenez, my artistic collaborator on the upcoming sci-fi/comedy comic, UNIT 44, which we recently funded via Kickstarter.

I appreciate the roster of talented artists who contributed to building on the Chambers universe and I really hope you’ll give the book a read! Enjoy crime? Detectives? Shoot-outs? Hopelessness? This will be right up your alley.

Chambers is published through Arcana Studio and the first three issues are available digitally through ComiXology for $1.99 each. Just $6 gets you all caught up for the finale!

Chambers Pin-up Series #5

The final countdown begins!

This Wednesday, the final issue of my crime-fiction comic book CHAMBERS will hit ComiXology and bring the series to a close. To mark the event, I’ve been releasing Chambers-themed pin-ups every few days to show you the characters through other artist’s eyes. I’ve previous shared art from Jasen Rosselot and Shaun Ramkissoon and today brings a second piece from artist Kelly Williams.

Kelly is a wonderfully talented dude and his work has been published all over the place. Pick up a copy of Metaphase, which he drew for Alterna Comics, toss him some bucks to draw you a commission or pick up one of his wonderful prints that he sells via his webstore (I highly recommend the limited edition Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles print he made).

I appreciate the roster of talented artists who contributed to Chambers and I know you’ll see them all on high-profile gigs soon enough!

Chambers is published through Arcana Studio and the first three issues are available digitally through ComiXology for $1.99 each.

Chambers Pin-up Series #4

Next Wednesday, the final issue of my crime-fiction comic book CHAMBERS will hit ComiXology and bring the series to a close. It’s exciting (because the trade paperback is coming) but also bittersweet because the project was a ton of fun and after more than a year of living with the characters, story and world, it will take it’s place in my portfolio and represent myself, Kristian Rossi and Kefas Armando as we continue making our way in this crazy industry.

In past posts, I showed off beautiful pin-up work from artists Kelly Williams, Jasen Rosselot and Shaun Ramkissoon, and with this installment, we’re tossing it back to Jasen Rosselot who provided a secondary pin-up of the main characters, Denise and Bruce.

I appreciate Jasen’s contributions, and I’m happy to say that he’s cooking up something new with me that you’ll be seeing soon.

Chambers is published through Arcana Studio and the first three issues are available digitally through ComiXology for $1.99 each.

Chambers Pin-up Series #3

Next week, the final issue of my crime-fiction comic book CHAMBERS will hit comiXology and will mark the end of my first published miniseries.

In past posts I showed off beautiful pin-up work from artists Kelly Williams and Jasen Rosselot, and this week I bring you a piece from my pal, Shaun Ramkissoon. He put together a great pin-up that features Denise, Bruce and Adam, the main characters of Chambers. Since these pin-ups sadly, wouldn’t fit into the collected trade paperback, I still wanted to share his talent with you.

Shaun’s a great guy and I appreciate him taking the time to contribute to the project!

Chambers is published through Arcana Studio and the first three issues are available digitally through comiXology for $1.99 each.

Chambers Pin-up Series #2

In just three short weeks, the final issue of my crime-fiction comic book CHAMBERS will hit comiXology and will mark the end of my first published miniseries.

Not long after the story wraps up, a trade paperback collecting all four issues will be released (and will look great on your bookshelf). I sent the publisher a handful of pin-up art from artists who interpreted the main characters of the story in their own way, but due to page count restrictions, a most of them ended up on the cutting room floor. Not wanting contributing artist’s talent to go unseen, I’m posting them here for everyone to enjoy.

Last week I showed off a beautiful pin-up from Kelly Williams, and this week I bring you a piece from Jasen Rosselot. This artist is also contributing to the second issue of my upcoming project Innovation and I’m excited to see what he brings to the table. Scroll down to see Jasen’s interpretations of characters Bruce and Denise.

Chambers is published through Arcana Studio and the first three issues are available digitally through comiXology for $1.99 each.
