The R.D.S.L. corporation is innovating your world…

whether you want them to or not.

I’m the writer of the crime-fiction miniseries Chambers for Arcana Studio and a five-time contributor to The Gathering anthology series from GrayHaven Comics. I’m currently writing the upcoming series New Life for 215 Ink and I recently Kickstarted the first issue of the sci-fi/comedy comic book Unit 44. I’ve always wanted to write an ongoing comic book series and with your help, we can do it together.

Innovation is published online in issues. Each issue contains 4-5 black and white short stories that standalone but also continue and add to the mythos of a growing world. A new story is posted online each week until the issue is complete. By working with shorter stories consisting of 4-6 pages it allows the project to keep a steady schedule and allows artists to work ahead on the story. Each issue is archived online and available to read at any time.

While contributing artists are not offered a page rate, a link will be posted to their website, their work will be promoted and they are welcome to use their completed pages however they see fit, whether it’s in their online portfolios or printed in their own sketchbooks. Print-ready files will be supplied to contributing artists if they wish to sell copies of the issues at conventions or comic shops and they’re welcome to charge whatever price they see fit.

In addition to gaining experience and getting to play in a fun, wacky world, the goal is to build awareness for up-and-coming artists and tell a fun sci-fi story in the process. Ready to have some fun?
